OUR PROCESS —
1. To get the ball rolling, use the CONTACT form to set up a phone call or just give us a call at 231-526-7683 home/office or by cell 231-838-6660.
2. I’ll give you a FREE half-hour phone consultation (with written feedback) on your project.
3. After we talk a bit on the phone, I can give you a ballpark estimate of costs for my services.
4. If it looks like I can be of service to you within your budget, then I’ll followup with a written agreement form detailing the scope, schedule, and description of your project. I don’t work On Spec, but see 5 below.
5. I generally work on a 50% down – 50% upon completion of the project basis, but I always offer a 10% discount for payment in full up front, and I’m open to royalty or other performance based payment options if you can demonstrate an existing revenue stream or customer base.
